Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Ai-Royal Hotels & Suites.

A valid credit card or other approved payment method is required to secure your reservation.

Check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out time is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2.1. Guests may cancel reservations up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time without penalty unless otherwise specified.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in time may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay. 

No-shows will be charged for one night’s accommodation at the reserved rate.

Guests are required to present a valid photo ID and provide a security deposit upon check-in.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property and may be charged accordingly.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking rooms and designated areas. A cleaning fee will be charged for violations.

Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated.

Noyle Place reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests who engage in inappropriate or unlawful behavior. 

Rates are subject to applicable taxes and fees, which may change without notice.

Noyle place is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safe. 

The hotel shall not be held responsible for any disruptions or inconveniences caused by events beyond its control.

Privacy and Refund Policy

We collect personal information during the booking process, such as your name, contact details, and payment information. 

Additional information may be collected through optional surveys, promotions, or direct communication with the hotel.

The information collected is used to process reservations, enhance customer service, and provide a personalized experience.

We may send promotional offers or updates unless you opt out.

Your personal information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to process payments, comply with legal requirements, or improve services.

Noyle Place employs advanced security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access. 4.2. Despite these measures, no system can guarantee complete security. Guests provide personal information at their own risk.

Refunds are processed based on the cancellation policy outlined in our terms and conditions.

Refund requests for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Certain promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable. Guests will be informed of such terms during the booking process.

Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or early departures unless due to exceptional circumstances approved by hotel management.
